Arm positions

Position 1: Put the arms in an oval face, hands and fingers curved gracefully and naturally grouped. The middle finger is bent a little more than the others. Relax your thumbs are lifted.
 


Position 2: Open your arms but keep them broadly in line with the shoulders, slightly curved, being careful not to drop the elbows. The fingers have to appear delicate and soft.
 


Position 3: First-in-arm bent in front of you, slightly forward over the head. The other, extended and slightly curved to help, imagine that something will hold the fingers and elbow.
 


4 th Position: Raise one arm in a graceful curving slightly in front of the head. The other, extended and slightly curved. In all these positions kept cramped muscles of the stomach and back, back straight and shoulders relaxed horizontal.
 

5 th Position: Raise both arms in an oval shape, framing the face, but without moving the shoulders. Without looking up, know that your fingers are slightly ahead of the head.
