The Classical Ballet or Dance is a specific dance form, as their movements are taught through methods and techniques "keys." Unlike other dances, the ballet, every step is structurally reinforced. There is a perception that classical dance is limited to arms and legs, but any move to run, invariably involved: hands, arms, trunk, head, feet, knees, in short the entire body to its most infinitesimal parts in a dynamic combination of muscular and mental. To start the study of classical dance, taking as examples the dancers embodied, we can say that the ideal age is from age eight. Since it is the age at which child will be learning to recognize the rhythm and space in which it moves.
